This package is ideal for a small or medium salon with 10 or less people and up to three workstations (computers). Includes Virtual Front Desk, 1 appointment book, point of sale capabilities, marketing features, secure client database, gift card tracking, inventory, reporting and payroll capabilities. This package is for larger salons with an unlimited number of people and up to five workstations (computers). Includes Virtual Front Desk, 1 appointment book, point of sale capabilities, marketing features, secure client database, gift card tracking, inventory, reporting and payroll capabilities. VFD's services allow you to minimize your in-house staffing expenses while maximizing the quality of your customer service. Reap the benefits of the current technology without the costs and headaches of managing your own software. UNLIMITED employees and MAXIMUM of 5 workstations.

Live Reception
SSC’s friendly receptionists answer your phones 70+ hours per week. Capture, confirm and update all client information, book appointments, confirm appointments and manage all of your clients' appointment needs. You have a fully staffed and trained reception desk that is only a phone call, e-mail or instant message away!

Voice Mail
Your salon has its own voicemail with personalized greetings. No need to call in to check your messages, receive and check messages directly from your e-mail.

Managed Transfers
Your VFD will handle all appointment calls, screen your business calls and transfer any necessary calls to you with your approval.

Envision Software
A sophisticated, robust system, yet one that is incredibly easy-to-learn and use. With a full host of advanced capabilities including POS, bill tracking and commission plans, Pro offers a fully integrated, all-in-one system for simplified, seamless information management. In addition, your VFD staff will handle your data entry, data maintenance, updates, backups, and security administration.

Advanced Reporting
Provides you with up-to-the-minute, big picture information about your business for more informed decision making. Time clock/time card management, commission plans, monthly expense tracking/check printing, pre book tracking, resource view, and enhanced inventory and sales analysis are only a few of the tools to help you manage your business.

These software modules can be added to any package for the listed set-up fee. There are no on-going fees required for these additions. If adding Credit Card Processing, our partners at Versatalis Payment Solutions will contact you to discuss your merchant account. If adding QuickBooks Interface, you must have QuickBooks Pro 2005 or newer. Please ask one of our sales staff for more details.

	Credit Card Processing - $395.00 Online credit card processing through one of our preferred vendors. Works with all versions of Envision.
	Quickbooks Interface - $395.00 Allows the transfer of key data from Envision to Quickbooks Pro 2005 or newer. Works only with Envision pro and up.
	Envision .NET Online Booking - $1,995.00 This option allows you to book appointments directly to the Envision calendar from the internet. Initial Purchase $1,495.00.
